◆We will provide you with an estimate for the items
 you have requested for shopping proxy services.
 Additionally, we will supply a URL for payment.
 Before proceeding with the payment process,
 please take the time to read and understand the
 ”About” section on the official website.

※Please be aware that the product price includes
 domestic shipping fees within Japan.

◆Upon receiving the products, we will ship them
 within 3 days (excluding non-business days).
 After shipment, we will notify you of the completion
 and provide a tracking number.

※To confirm the match with the items you have
 requested, we will unpack the cardboard box and
 inspect the products. Afterward, we will proceed
 with repackaging for international shipping.
 If unpacking and repackaging are unnecessary,
 please check “do not repack” at the time of placing
 your order.

※If there is any damage or issue, we will request
 a replacement and inform you about the additional time
 required for shipping.

※Please note that we do not consider damage to boxes
 during domestic or international transit, so please be
 aware of this beforehand.

◆We will use Japan Post for international shipping.
 The fastest delivery option is EMS
 (Express Mail Service),
 followed by international small packet
 with registered mail (up to 30kg),
 small package with registered mail (up to 2kg),
 and other documents can be sent
 as registered letters (up to 2kg) or printed
 materials with registered mail (up to 5kg).

◆There are certain items that cannot be shipped
 via international mail due to laws, regulations,
 or treaties. If an item falls into this category,
 we will inform you of the reason and let
 you know that it cannot be purchased.

◆Compensation for damages such as loss, theft,
 or delay of goods during transportation will be
 handled by the respective transportation agencies
 according to the compensation regulations of each
 shipping method as third parties. In the case of
 damages, the recipient must retain the postal item
 in its current state and report any discrepancies or
 damages to the local post office.

◆As for customs duties, value-added tax,
 and other taxes:

 Customs duties will be determined by the local
 customs officials of the destination country.
 We regret that we cannot provide accurate
 information in advance, so please understand.

 If customs duties, value-added tax, or any other
 taxes are incurred at the destination customs,
 the customer will be responsible for bearing the
 full amount. We kindly request your understanding
 and cooperation in this matter.

◆Cancellation and Returns

 Due to the nature of our proxy purchasing service,
 we cannot accept cancellations or returns.

 If the product is returned to us due to the customer’s
 absence or non-receipt, we will hold it for one week
 and if there is no communication from the customer,
 we will dispose of the item, and a refund will not be
 possible.

 In case of a re-shipment request, we will only charge
 for the shipping fee.

・Service fee (proxy purchasing process,
 repackaging service, Shipping process service)
・Shippinng cost
・Credit card payment processing fee

 ※Customs duties, value-added tax, and other taxes
  are not included. If any expenses are incurred as
  notified by the local customs, we kindly request you
  to take full responsibility for covering them.
