Q: Can you help me find the product I want on a Japanese
  website?

A:  If you could provide the name or image
  of the product, we can guide you to the
  relevant page’s URL.
  Instead of using the official website form,
  kindly send an inquiry directly to

  with attached photos or images.

Q: Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?

A: Due to the nature of the purchase being made
  upon your request, we are unable to accept
  returns or exchanges.
  Regarding cancellations, they can only be
  processed if the product has not been shipped
  yet. In such cases, only the shipping cost will
  be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

Q: Will there be any import taxes, etc.?

A: If you receive a notification from your country’s
  customs or relevant authorities,
  please make the payment.

  Please understand that if the payment is not completed
  and the product is returned to us, we will not be able
  to issue a refund.
